A peacock adopts a defensive posture, while GK tries to break free and chase him.

Another trip to the zoo, part 1

A winter trip to the zoo - the stroller was quickly dismissed as unnecessary by GK.


Watching penguins


GK finds a good spot for Gorilla watching.



She looooved her gorilla.


GK points out an orangutan.  Another orangutan can be seen on the scaffold above Chris' head.

Wissahickon creek

We took a bike ride on Forbidden Drive along the Wissahickon Creek, part of Fairmont Park in Pennsylvania.  Here, we have paused for a snack.

Forbidden drive and our bikes - that's GK's chariot at the bottom.  It comes complete with rain guards and cup holders.  Chris likens it to riding with a 30 lb. parachute.  GK loves it.
