A study in eating styles

On the menu: Pasta Bolognase for everyone except GK, who is having plain pasta and a chick patty.

The set up: Annabel has already had three servings with plenty of Parmesan cheese, but wants more.

The challenge: get GK to try her pasta before Annabel steals it from her plate.

Result: 1 1/2 pieces of Penne eaten by GK before we permitted Annabel to steal the rest.

A good eater

Annabel takes charge of feeding herself.

Recent discovery: she loves oranges. I gave her a taste of one slice, which she sucked on like it was the nectar of the gods. Then she reached over and grabbed the remaining quarter once that piece was gone.

We put her in it to see if perhaps we can have a meal, where we both get to use two hands.
